  •  Having no strategy.

This is because they search for content they want and instead find yours which is irrelevant to their search and this may give your business a bad public image. Stick to a certain number of hashtags and make sure they are relevant to your content.
  •  Creating accounts on too many platforms at once.

Some businesses create social media accounts on more than five platforms at once despite not having enough content to engage them nor the man power and time to dedicate to them. This usually overwhelms the business and sometimes they drop all accounts altogether. It is crucial to start with what you can manage and after the success of that, you can move on-wards and expand.
